Trained in Bologna with the Italian Register of Experts in the Sensory Analysis of Honey, our co-founder Sarah works and consults as a Honey Sommelier both for Bermondsey Street Bees and independently for a wide range of other businesses.

Maintaining a tasting library of rare honeys from across the globe, she speaks and writes widely and appears as an expert on both radio and TV. She also runs a wide range of hands-on workshops as well as honey tastings and professional training sessions for clients ranging from The Guild of Fine Foods to some of the biggest names in the drinks industry.
